Shipping, Returns, Payment & FAQ

 

SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Once we have received your order request it will be processed within 2-3 working days. We do not dispatch orders over the weekend. Any order placed on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. 

SALE-ITEM RETURNS
Please note all sale-items sales are final and we will not accept the return of the purchase during the online sale. 

NON-SALE ITEM RETURNS
Non-sale items can be returned within 15 working days, the customer also bears the direct costs of the return of goods to our company location. We will of course refund the total minus initial shipping costs as soon as we receive back the returned items.

FAQ

How long will my order take to arrive?
We process all of your orders as quickly as possible. However, the delivery time depends on several factors, such as your selected shipping method and the availability of the products.

As a general rule: Delivery period = order preparation time (you can find that information on the product detail pages: e.g. "Ready for shipment: 1-3 working days") + Shipping time (the time required by the courier service to send your delivery. You can find the estimated shipping time at the check-out page, on your automated order confirmation as well as on the shipping notification sent to your e-mail address. )

How do I track my order?
At the moment it's not possible to automatically track your order online. However if you think your order is late please contact our Customer Service Team and we'll we will do everything we can to make sure you get your order as soon as possible!

What if my order has really gone missing?
In this case we will need to commission an investigation with the responsible courier service and will of course refund you the whole amount.

What do I need to take notice of when ordering from outside the EU?
When you place an order with a delivery address that is located outside of the EU you may have to pay custom charges and import taxes (which depend on your country). The courier service will take care of import and customs charges and you will receive a bill from the courier service when you receive your parcel.

Can I create an account to save my shipping and billing details for future orders?
Yes, creating an account is possible and you can of course delete it anytime.
